Central Coast Family Psychology is a certified registered organisation with NDIS.
Our allied health professionals can see clients registered for funding under
Early Childhood Intervention Supports and Therapeutic Supports. We are in the
process of registration for Behaviour Supports.
All new NDIS participants will be provided with a transition and assessment into service consult. This consult will incur a fee of $156.16 under NDIS Counselling
consultation fee. This consult will guide you step by step through the NDIS
requirements of our service, intake form, NDIS Participant Handbook, what we provide and how we can best suit your needs.
Clinical Services Available and Fee Structure
Central Coast Family Psychology offers a range of high-quality professional services
with fees charged as per NDIA guidelines (1st July 2020) NDIS consultation fee:
Registered Psychologist: $214.41
Clinical Psychologist: $214.41
Occupational Therapist: $193.99
Play Therapist: $193.99
Credentialed Mental Health Nurse: Counsellor: $156.16
Therapy Assistant Level 2: $ 86.79
Consultation Fee is fully covered by NDIS if funding approved.
Fees will increase annually on 01 July.
Cancellation Fee: 100% of service fee as per NDIS guidelines if less than 48hrs notice unless appointment can be filled.
NDIS Plan Funding
NDIA: we are an NDIS registered agency and can claim directly through the NDIS Portal.
Self-managed: you must pay at point of service and admin will issue you with a receipt for you to claim the funds back directly from the NDIS.
Third-party managed: we will email the invoice directly to the Plan Manager. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are funds available to pay for the consult. If the Plan Manager does not pay the invoice, you are responsible for ensuring that the account is fully paid.
All our NDIS participants complete a Service Agreement with our organisation so you know in advance what the total cost for services will be.
Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.
A separate full breakdown of fees for Assessments and Reporting will be provided
to you by your Psychologist or Reception Staff if these services are required
NDIS Participant Handbook
You will be provided with a NDIS Participant Handbook on registration with our service. This will be discussed in further detail during your first consult.
All NDIS participants will be sent a link to complete an Intake Form. We have created an easy-to-use online form that can be done on a computer or on your phone. This form is securely encrypted.
